For four years TPN is the main facilitator for this client’s talent programs. The target groups are leaders on their transition to a department or business unit leader. The client has developed two separate programs for these Advanced and Senior Leaders.
The programs run over one year consisting of two to three classroom trainings, learning interventions in between through eLearning (pre- and post-work delivered by our partner LearningBY) as well as peer coaching or career conversations with HR Business Partners. The classroom trainings are facilitated by one to two TPN trainers also involving internal leaders as teachers for important cultural messages and to learn from their leadership experience. The talent programs consistently reach high satisfaction scores with a Net Promoter Score between 90-100%.
