This project supports a huge strategic transformation of a global insurance company conducted by our business partner, the Leadership Institute Munich (MLI). The company’s strategy implied one of the most fundamental changes ever for their IT department. The focus of 2017 was to enable the IT management team to understand the transformation in their personal business environment, gaining self-awareness about their agile leadership style and supporting their employees in delivering the new strategy in regards to new processes, roles and responsibilities.
TPN was asked to support the managers with individual coaching sessions to help them dealing with uncertainty, workload, transformation, enhancing conflict skills, and becoming courageous to participate in the change also by challenging existing processes and developing transformational leadership skills.
43 managers have been accompanied by 6 selected senior business coaches of TPN throughout a series of 7x 1.5 hrs coaching. Starting point was a Hogan LEAD personality profile that was linked to agile principles. There is a regular exchange between the MLI consultants, TPN coaches, the global CIO of the client and their HR& Change department to share insights and align on the ongoing transformation and change activities.
