A medium-sized business turned to us with the request to help them establishing a leadership performance culture. After an initial briefing conversation, we started conducting interviews with the Managing Director, a sample of leaders and employees on what it needs to establish a common understanding of a healthy leadership culture, mind-set and behaviours. This translated into a leadership and culture workshop where leaders were able to gain a common leadership understanding including a self-reflection where they were today and where they needed to improve. We are now in the process of analyzing individual and collective development needs. At the same time, we are continuously consulting the Managing Director with regards to defining a longer-term business strategy that will also impact the future culture of the company.
