It started with a regular team workshop in which the director used the support of an external TPN facilitator to discuss the performance and spirit within the team. The workshop was so well perceived by both the director and its team that they started an ongoing process together with our TPN facilitator with a check-in by conducting a 2-day team workshop every 6 months. Topics included strategy and goals, achieving high-performance, team purpose and values, team self-awareness, typical behaviors and blind spots, communication and feedback within the team, etc.
The process is still ongoing and was even continued when the director moved on and a new manager came on board.
