Purpose of this development process is to accompany people into their new leadership responsibility within their company: Understanding their role and responsibilities within the cultural context and gaining more security and professionalism in handling different kind of leadership situations.
The focus of the program is on introducing state of the art leadership methods and tools as well as cultivating new ways of behaviour that they can test immediately in their day to day business as a leader. Another important element was using the competence and wisdom within the group in peer based consultancy to connect leaders with each other beyond the program. This is being intensified by a yearly Alumni Meeting, which gives leaders the opportunity to work with new leadership challenges they are facing in between.
As a result, the participants are regularly using each other to gain feedback and advice from the group and the response to overall leadership topics is much faster within the company.
